Job Description

• A data analyst is responsible for interpreting and analyzing data sets, developing reports, and identifying trends and patterns.
• The role involves working with large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends that can help inform business decisions.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and interpreting large amounts of data from various sources
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns
• Creating reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborating with other teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Person Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
• Proven experience working with large and complex data sets
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, and data visualization and analysis tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
