Job Title: UX / UI Designer

Job Description
- We are on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer to join ourteam to help design and redesign their existing core products, implement core features and spearhead UX/UI best practice within the business.
Role
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to review existing software, and produce new designs and features
- Responsible for UX best practice strategy
- Produce wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups
- Responsible for developing UCD and customer journeys
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Style Guides and Component Library for products
- Collaborate with UI Designers, Developers and other members of the cross functional team
- Own the UX/UI Design process and have compelte autonomy to influence the design decisions within the business.
Education / Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience in UX/UI Design or similar product design role
- Experience with design software such as Figma, Canva, Miro, Adobe Suite or similar
- End to end / full life cycle design experience
- Prototyping and wireframing experience
- Experience working on in-house software products, ideally payroll platforms would be a big advantage, but not essential.
- Ideally a good understanding of web technology and design, or front end tech like HTML / CSS. This is desirable, not essential.
