Dayola Property and Development Company was founded in 1999 and today has become one of the prime creators of quintessential homes and apartments in the business districts and newly developed areas of Lagos metropolis. Though incorporated in 2008, Dayola Property started business with Investment and Trade, while building relationships and experience that has been taken into property development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Construction)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and coordinate building mechanical & electrical (M&E) drawings
• Supervise and monitor M&E operation per construction drawings and work schedule
• Negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, supervisors and all relevant parties involved in the project to achieve company objectives
• Coordinate the installation and maintenance of diesel generators to achieve optimal performance for productivity to reduce production overhead cost.
• Electrical piping, wiring, fittings installation, and testing in all estate
• Responsible for the diagnosis and performing troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment, systems, devices, trip devices, control panels, switchboards, inverters, battery chargers and generators
• Able to read and fully comprehend manuals and schematic blueprints as-built drawings of all related equipment
• Building and troubleshooting of sewage and water treatment panels

Requirements and Skills

• Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
• Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
• Deep knowledge of electrical construction processes
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
