We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Foreign Operations and Fund Transfers
  • Vendor performance Assessment/Evaluation and Document Compilation
  • Create new vendors/suppliers with profile in the company's database
  • Audit inventory on routine basis in order to identify shortages, erroneous and defective goods
  • Determine costs/valuation of inventory, and generate price for stock item using appropriate mark-up
  • Shelve stock in proper place in stock room, and update selling prices of goods
  • Liaise and follow up with courier service providers to ensure quick delivery of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Organise Meetings, Take Minutes, Write company letters, Staff and Public notice
  • Handle relationship management of customers with continuous improvement in mind
  • Maintain complete and accurate filling systems for forms, records and general correspondence
  • Receives, opens, sorts and distribute incoming mails to appropriate department
  • Deal with letters and attends to incoming telephone calls
  • Treat Salary payments and Payroll of staff on behalf of customer organisations and companies
  • Oversee company stock; stock movement and stock level control
  • Compile and organize invoice files
  • Receive goods, verify against purchase orders for accuracy and issue acknowledgement in respect to goods received.
Qualifications, Experience and Capabilities
  • A Minimum of OND in any Discipline
  • Resident in/willing to reside in Lagos.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of Management
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to work to a clear mandate and work-plan and to maintain a highly organized work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to unexpected and challenging circumstances
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • A forward-thinking attitude - get excited by trying new things
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation skills, target oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, planning and analysis capabilities.
