Job Title: Cafe Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Tuesday - Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cafe operations.
• Ensure all aspect of cafe's operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop strategic plans to foster growth and enhance expansion.
• Ensure compliance to all operations standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures such as food safety and hygiene policy, customer service policy
• Achieve growth by hitting sales targets.
• Handle customers and team complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify strategies to retain and attract customers.
• Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports on cafe operations.

Skills / Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality ,Management or related field.
• At least 5 years work experience as a Cafe Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
• Culinary schooling is compulsory
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Familiarity with cafemanagement software, like Open-tableand Peach-works.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Attention to details.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Remuneration
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly (net)
