Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading your regional sales team to help improve strategy, relationship development and customer focus
- Positioning our technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solutions to gain and grow new regional business
- Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology through identifying new markets and building key relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to increase market penetration
- Providing technical guidance and support for our product range to create solutions for our customers
- Building long-term relationships with potential and existing regional customers to understand future needs and requirements

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on your resume)
- Demonstrate a solid background gained in an Sales or commercial environment
- Have experience with production chemicals to assist wellbore stimulation
- Be able to demonstrate experience in project leadership
- Be able to lead and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with customers and teams across the business
- Have good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach
