Lextorah School of Language - Founded in 2007, in Lagos, Nigeria, the Lextorah Group set up the Language school and Services for Corporate Bodies, Professionals, Individuals and Students, for the teaching of indigenous and foreign languages such as German, French, Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, English, Arabic, Italian, Russian. The Lextorah Group is a diversified family of companies that specialize in a wide variety of educational and professional services and technologies. Lextorah Group consists of the following subsidiaries: Homeworks Tutoring Services, Lex notes Bookstore, Lextorah Jobs and Lextorah School of Languages & Services. Job Title: German Tutor

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• We are searching for a reliable and enthusiastic German Tutor to join our team.
• The German Tutor will be tasked with teaching students how to speak and write in German, developing a range of assessments including written and oral tests, and creating an overall positive learning experience.
• You should be able to work with students who have different capabilities and interests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and lesson notes on German Language.
• Teach students based on the curriculum and objectives of German language
• Design test, quizzes and study materials for students on German language.
• Help students to improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of German Language in individual and group sessions.
• Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.

Requirements
The Ideal candidate should have:

• B.A / B.Ed in Linguistics or German Language.
• Minimum of 1 year experience teaching German language.
• B2 German Language Proficiency certificate is an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken and writing language skills.
• Be able to prepare and deliver lessons to students.
• Be proficient in the use of computer.
