We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Create weekly and monthly marketing plans.
• Brainstorm marketing ideas with the Head Photographer.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media pages and prepare a publishing calendar.
• Curate content and marketing copy tailored to the brand objectives of the company.
• Send marketing emails to clients before their birthdays to encourage them to book sessions.
• Create loyalty programs to ensure client retention.
• Prepare and send newsletters to clients.
• Plan marketing campaigns around holidays.
• Periodically review the pricing catalogue.
• Work with the Head Photographer to create new products/services based on market demand.
• Create and update Google forms and documents for data collection.
• Collate, categorize, and process data collected from clients.
• Receive and respond to enquiries across all channels.
• Understand the client’s brief and requirements.
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services that we offer.
• Provide high-quality service to all clients.
• Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Enhance business prospects by conceiving and exploring fresh opportunities.
• Improve profitability through strategic planning and market positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Participate in client debriefs to gather feedback and improve processes.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
• Analyse market data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive growth.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Salary
N70,000 - N120,000 / Month.
