We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Systems Installer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• The role is for the team member is to carry out installation in line with laid down processes and to the satisfaction of our client.
• The installers are the direct contact most customers would have that would have with our PowerCap’s Solar Home System (SHS) products.
• You would report to a direct supervisor, who would be responsible for your market segment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the installation of PowerCap’s Solar Products.
• Manage customers’ expectations.
• Always assure quality installation.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

• Installer’s licence, Trade Test and field installation experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated operating experience in Solar Installation.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good Knowledge of Solar Power Product installation.
• Good customer relationship skills.
• Commitment to Quality Management, Safety and Environment regulations
• Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
