Job Description

• We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
• You will be responsible for maximizing our team’s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Payment confirmations (and other financials).
• Procurement audit and reporting.
• Stock budgeting.
• Requisition montoring and Audit based on sales trends.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the team.
• The ongoing training of the team.
• Developing the team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BA, B.Ed or B.Sc qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
