Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members
- Reviewing job applications and making hiring decisions
- Providing training and orientation to new and existing employees
- Advising on pay, benefits, promotion, and other remuneration issues
- Undertaking regular salary reviews and performance appraisals
- Liaising with managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
- Developing HR planning strategies to meet short-term and long-term staff needs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
