Applications are invited for the internationally recruited position of:

Job Title: Mechanic II (Hydraulic)

Location:
Ibadan
Job Status: (Contract) 2 year renewable contract

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and tractors hydraulics as at when due;
  • Carry out repairs on farm tractor and equipment of various models such as David Brown, Caterpillar and factory equipment;
  • Work on the institute machinery such as Aquamarine, Excavators, Graders, Bulldozers and lift trucks etc.;
  • Make medium and high pressure hoses using swaging tools;
  • Service and re-kitting hydraulic valves, cylinder rams and actuators;
  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
  • OND, Trade Test II /Artisan Certificate in Mechanical Engineering plus at least two (2) years relevant experience
