IITA is an international non-profit agricultural research-for-development (R4D) organization established in 1967, governed by a Board of Trustees, and a member of the CGIAR Consortium. We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Water Treatment Operator II
Location: Ibadan
Job Description
- Carry out operation and maintenance of water treatment plant, swimming pool plant, sewage treatment plant and dam pumping stations;
- Dose chemicals for processing of water and waste water;
- Clean water treatment plants, swimming pool plants, sewage plant, pump stations and its surroundings;
- Take hourly reading and record it in operation production sheet;
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
- Trade test I/OND in Mechanical Engineering plus at least two (2) years relevant experience.
