Job Duties
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
- Collaborates with [Insert title] to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product to the customer
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and product
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products.
Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
- MSC/MA will also be an added advantage.
- Must possess relevant professional qualifications/affiliations.
- A considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing IS A MUST.
- At least 7-10years of Sales experience and Management skills with a good record of achieving targets.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary: N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) plus other attractive benefits.
