Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and provide prospective buyers with in-depth information about the features, benefits, and investment potential of our properties.
- Close deals by negotiating favorable terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth transaction process for both buyers and sellers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand your network and create future business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry best practices to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for buyers and sellers.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Salary
- N70,000 monthly (excluding commission).
