Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a construction Project Manager to oversee and supervise all activities of our construction project from start to finish.
• You will be required to coordinate with other employees and personnel on the project requirements and ensure they are delivered on time and efficiently.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Supervise the construction project from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements.
• Recruit personnel and contractors for the project as per requirements.
• Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to personnel and ensure they are carried out.
• Monitor the performance of personnel on site and provide directions and feedback as and when required.
• Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
• Address any grievance of personnel.
• Report any discrepancies to superiors and implement effective and timely solutions.

Requirements

• HND in Structural Engineering, Building Sciences or relevant subjects.
• Project management professional certification or any equivalent qualification is an added bonus.
• Team player and collaborative nature.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building permits, and construction procedures.
• Excellent computer knowledge with construction and project management software.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
