Job Title: IT Relief Officer
Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd - Level Helpdesk support.
- Investigate & reply to queries from Users.
- Plan, Monitor & Optimize IT support activities.
- Managing the efficiency & quantity of IT support services.
- Monitoring & escalation of users requests according to relevant SLA.
- Manage the configuration, maintenance & repair of IT equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of all Hardware deployed to users.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshooting and solving computer network, and TCP/IP- related problems.
- Knowledge of Basic Router and Switch configuration.
- Knowledge of Modem configuration to support both wireless and wired network.
Salary
N55,000 monthly (Net)
