Job Title: Trainer (Graphic Designer)

Job Description

• We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our Team as trainers for our upcoming training programs in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Front End Web Design, Network and Security.
• Our organization is dedicated to empowering young people with the necessary skills to succeed in the digital world and build a brighter future.

Responsibilities
Deliver training modules in:

• Graphics Designer Course Content Includes;
• Introduction- User interface magazine cover corel draw simple design techniques
• Design techniques & concepts: Vector & raster graphics
• Compositing techniques: Applying hierarchy in designs
• Using Bitmap/Raster editing tools vector drawing techniques
• UI learning- Selection, Raster editing & Vector drawing tools
• Understanding layers- Compositing & Introduction to masking
• More masking, Editing and Compositing
• Introduction & User interface
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials and resources.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops and practical exercises.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the training program.
• Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience and expertise in Graphic Design
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and software related to the respective fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Patience, Empathy and a passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Willingness to participate in Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection (CVAP) Training.
