Job Title: Executive Assistant - Data Research & Sales

Job Description
- To enable the organization to achieve targeted levels of sales from a database.
- Sales may be either business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-customer (B2C).
- Both types of selling require research and relationship-building skills, promoting the product in question in as professional and effective a way as possible.
- To provide effective administrative and operational support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Building a reliable database of clients:
- Identify and develop sources of potential clients
- Design and develop databases
- Maintain an accurate and current database.
- Ensure that the database meet the user's requirements.
Effectively communicating with clients to achieve sales:
- Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
- Make targeted calls
- Send emails
- Effectively communicate with clients via telephone and written communication
- Facilitate effective communication channels between all companies to maximise sales opportunities
- Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of relevant selling points and benefits to overcome client resistance/objections to products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients that builds commitment
Other Duties:
- Build and maintain effective database of Media and Press contacts.
- Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
- Plan personal diary to make effective use of working day
- Provide time-phase qualified reports on achievement and activities
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the Director.

Qualification
- Minimum of a First Degree.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience.

- Ability to develop lists and build contact databases.
- Good research and prospecting skills on identifying potential accounts by using Google, LinkedIn, Jigsaw and other tools (social media).
