Job Description

As the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales, services, and product-related transactions at our branch, ensuring the achievement of sales and service targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related sales management role or industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
