Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Wawa, Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing costs.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
- Streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction throughout the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Supply Chain Manager in a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
