Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain Highest level of Safety Standards at GPP-1 Operations.
• Maintain Focus on Process Safety.
• Ensure Reliable Operation and Un interrupted Production.
• Implement effective Plant Preventive Programs.
• Provide oversight for day-to-day operation and maintenance which include receiving, storing and transportation of LPG.
• Responsible to ensure the Operations and Maintenance teams maintain focus and achieve plant objectives.
• Maintain facility to ensure it is clean and operating smoothly.
• Works within budget and coordinate with office on all expenses.
• Responsible to develop a standard operating procedures which assures Operation and maintenance and product loaded in safe, efficient manner in compliance with regulation and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for effective development and implementation of Operations and Maintenance Procedures.
• Responsible to act as Emergency Command during any Emergency at Plant as compliance with all federal / state local regulations, industry standards and internal standards.
• Responsible for lead / participate safety related program and meetings.
• Ensure safe truck loading and unloading operation and maintenance in LPG loading gantry.
• Available 24X7 per emergency response operation and maintenance.
• Ensure that the Competency of Operations, Maintenance and Safety teams are maintained up to the require standards.
• Responsible for planning / controlling/ organizing and directing operation and maintenance activities to ensure that product is handled in most efficient, safe and economical manner of product distribution consist with regulatory requirement, customer requirement, product quality and operating goals.

Education

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization

Desired Candidate Profile:

• From 18 to 28 year(s) of experience
• Experienced in Gas Processing Plant, Ammonia Plant, LNG Plant or any other Gas plant.
• Expertise in Plant Maintenance Programs.
• Expertise in Personnel & Process Safety.
• Organization skills.
• Audit, Controls & Reporting.
