Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations by developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
• Identify potential clients, build loyalty and relationships, form partnerships, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Foster effective communication, promote teamwork and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is typically preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in leadership or management role.
• Posses business intelligence and leadership qualities to manage a progressive team.
• Great customer orientation
