Job Descriptions
- To plan Staff's meals on a weekly basis.
- To cook quality and balanced diet meals for staffs (Monday - Friday), and consistently meet the expectations of majority of the staff
- To buy quality food items at the right quantity, keep record of usage, manage stock and ensure proper storage.
- To clean the kitchen and keep it tidy, and ensure the kitchen is well organized.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering or in the food service industry.
- Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in commercial, institutional, or related volume food preparation.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean work area.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others.
- Knowledge of principles of sanitation, health hazards, and the necessary precautionary measures.
