Job Title: Bakery Manager

Job Description
- Overseeing the bakery unit/store management
- Ensuring bakery staff deliver outstanding customer service
- Delegating tasks on a daily basis
- Implementing advertising and marketing strategies
- Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures/ensuring food safety standards are met
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of baking techniques and bakery products
- Giving necesarry training to staff
- Creating bakery department policies and procedures and workplace practices/enforcing company policies and overall company practices
- Ensuring bakery product quality through quality control
- Ensure adequate product quantity
- Monitoring inventory levels/Inventory control
- Coordinating activities with other departments
- Introducing quick sale items for creating increased sales
- Updating computer software
Requirements
- Graduate Degree or B.Sc in a related field
- 4- 6 years of experience in a related mid level management role.
- Strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Exceptional planning abilities, attention to detail, and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized with concern for detail and a commitment to rigor.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Flexible work attitude: the ability to work productively in a team environment and the ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
Remuneration
N70,000 Monthly.
