Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Ikoyi / Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• The Junior Accountant will work with the Senior Account to prepare and maintain financial statements, compile reports and prepare balance sheets

Duties / Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivables, document bills and supporting documentation
• Maintain accounts payable and ensuringtimely payment of invoices
• Update financial records
• Reconcile ledgers monthly,quarterly and annually
• Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets
• Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant

Skills / Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in either Accounting or Banking & Finance from a recognised institution
• 2+ years of experience as an accountant
• ACA or ACCA certification is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software programs
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving
• Able to maintain confidentiality.

Remuneration
N150,000 (net) Monthly.
