We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Lafia, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Scheduling restaurant staff and delegating tasks.
  • Ordering food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies.
  • Supervising the preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks.
  • Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
  • Responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Operating the point-of-sale system, processing payments.
  • Arranging group events and ensuring the restaurant and staffmeet service and food expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Certificate in any course.
  • 3 - 4 years relevant experience in similar industry.
  • Cheerful dispostion and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to multitask and delegate duties.
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills.
