We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Administrator / General Manager

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Purpose of the Job

  • Manage client relationships and ensure consistent growth in project income for the organization.
  • Manage the Departmental Heads and office support staff, ensure adequate administrative support and maintenance of all physical assets.
  • Ensure that the Company's facilities and utilities are functioning adequately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely project information and reports to existing clients.
  • Seek and develop new avenues for sustainable donor funding and revenue.
  • Develop short/long-term budget projections and cost control measures and monitor actual spending against budget.
  • Ensure effective office administration and compliant policies.
  • Performance reviews, provision of coaching, and guidance where necessary.
  • Implement and manage an effective procurement process.
  • Maintain effective databases for clients, staff, students, key stakeholders, and operations.

Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in management, administration, or similar roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently, including the ability to multitask, prioritize competing tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • High standard of spoken and written English.
  • Good computer skills, including the use of email and key MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with good leadership skills.
