Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization's presence on social media platforms, execute tactics that align with the company's goals and to engage with followers, and monitor online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
• Develop and implement public relations campaigns to promote the organization, its products, or services.
• Contribute in crafting compelling scripts and working with sales and marketing teams to understand the key selling points and unique features, help translate them into engaging and persuasive content for sales videos.
• Managing and mitigating crisis or negative publicity by developing crisis communication plans, handle media inquiries, and provide timely and accurate information to address the crisis effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals, coordinating events, serve as the main point of contact for media inquiries, arrange interviews, and facilitate media coverage for the organization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to pay attention to detail, grammar, and the ability to edit and proofread effectively.
• 3 years and above experience in media relations and crisis communication/ management.
• Digital and social media proficiency.
