Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Description

• Our client is looking to engage a Technical Program Manager who will act as a coordinator on multiple projects to be sure they're benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals.

Job Duties

• Work with systems engineers, system developers, technical product managers and software developers to coordinate the launch of different services into special regions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and high-risk areas.
• Produce and evaluate launch, resource, and compliance metrics.
• Work with service owners to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Manage the build and deployment of new tooling to streamline and automate security, testing, and region launch related initiatives.
• Support process improvement projects in coordination with service teams.
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to company's objectives.
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the company’s mission and goals
• Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Create and manage long-term goals.
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
• Analyse program risks and work on strategy with the marketing team.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in IT or related field.
• An experience of 4 - 7 in program management in the fintech industry.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Deep understanding of project management.

Skills Required:

• Proven stakeholder management skills
