Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a proactive Administrative Officer with minimum of one year experience to join their team.
- The person will be fundamental in providing general administrative support to the organization and will require a background of working with Microsoft words and excel.
You’ll be Great if
- You can manage the day-to-day operations of the office, by coordinating and supervising administrative staff, maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes
- You are able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, including managing documents related to personnel, inventory, purchases, sales, production, and other administrative functions
- You are able to handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and phone calls
- You are passionate about doing your job diligently and delivering outstanding output
- You are able to support human resources officer by managing employee records, attendance, recruitment and onboarding processes
- You can support the logistics and dispatch team by coordinating shipments, tracking inventory levels, assisting in procurement activities, and liaising with suppliers and vendors
- You can organise meetings, conferences, and other company events, by scheduling, sending invitations, arranging venues, coordinating catering, and preparing meeting materials
- You can assist with data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and performing other administrative tasks as required
The Person
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience working in related role
- PC literate with good Microsoft Excel skills
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Be Yourself!

- Highly organized, genuinely resourceful, and resilient
- Good work ethics with good customer service skills
- Flexibility, problem-solving with ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to details with good communication skills.
What's on Offer
- Salary range: N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly
- Complimentary meals while on duty.
