Job Title: Solar Panel Engineer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Designing solar power plants, including selecting the location for a new facility based on available sunlight and land availability.
- Designing and installing solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) arrays, solar thermal systems, and solar water heating systems.
- Performing site surveys to assess available sunlight and proximity to transmission lines or major roads
- Designing solar power plants with electrical components such as inverters, transformers, and substations
- Designing solar thermal power plants with components such as reflectors, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and boiler.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- 3 - 5 years experience in the solar industry.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with sales or business development.
- Familiarity with other renewable energy technologies.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly
