Job Title: Leasing Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing unit in accordance with Mandilas' policies and standards.
  • He/she will be responsible for all leasing functions which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing policies to increase customer base and profitability.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Develop marketing plans to support positive business and customer relationships.
  • Manage all customer issues to ensure effective resolution.
  • Drive productivity and budgeting performance of the unit
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential leasing volumes and effect of competitors' operations on leasing services.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Enforce administrative policies, processes, and workflow.
  • Promote a strong team culture within the unit.
  • Manage the performance, learning and development of the team.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
  • Professional certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), is an advantage.
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Management is also an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years' cognate experience.
