Job Title: Head, Learning & Development (Sales role)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To developing and sustain structures, for Learning and Development for internal and external customers.

Strategy development and strategic planning:

• Developing short- and medium-term strategic plans to implement L&D strategy
• Understanding and assessing L&D needs
• Designing and implementing L&D programs (including Budgeting)

Analysis and Innovation:

• Analyze and improve the effectiveness (ROI) of L&D initiatives
• Analyze and review training programs
• Design Course Content for Training
• Prepare knowledge products i.e. reports, presentations, proposals

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with a growing network of training providers.
• Sales Ability to target potential customers by developing content the Attracts them, peaks their interest and gets them to commit.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
