Job Descriptions
- Investigating and solving customers' problems which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email,letter and face to face
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Providing help and advice to customers
- Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization
- Finding ways to measure satisfaction and improve services
Requirements
- A Degree/HND in English, Literary Studies, Mass communication, Journalism or any other related course of study
- A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
- Must be resident in Lagos
- A minimum of 2 years working experience
- Must be computer literate
