The 32-room Hotel offers tastefully furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms as well as one- and two-bedroom luxury suites.

Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor

Location: Ojodu-Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and laundry departments.
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Ensure that quality services are rendered per time
• Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with a minimum of 4 years work experience in Hospitality.
• Candidates should reside within Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu axis
