Job Title: Senior Product Manager

What we are looking for

• We are recruiting a full-time Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative products that will enhance our business’ operational excellence.
• As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of software products that will improve CBE’s ability to deliver the next generation of industrial clean power plants.
• You will interface with our business development, project delivery, and investment teams to understand user expectations, then translate these criteria into technical specifications for software development partners you manage.
• This person will analyze complex systems, evaluate existing enterprise software products, and then guide design of information solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the COO.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years’ experience working in software development, cloud computing, or IT consulting designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions
• A proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch and beyond
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services and architectures
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power point, Excel, Teams, Share point)
• Motivation to work in the renewable energy industry, particularly the distributed generation / off-grid sector.

Non-Negotiables:

• Previous experience as a technical product manager / delivery manager / technical project manager / business operation / or IT consultant
• Need to demonstrate previous experience managing a product roadmap through to delivery
• Experience overseeing projects to enhance ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics Preferred, alternatively: Odoo, Oracle, SAP...) and business ops
• Experience delivering 'internal' products to improve business operations preferred.

Salary
USD80,000 - USD90,000 Monthly.
