Job Title: Business Lead - Services Line of Business

Job Summary
- Our client urgently requires the services of a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to pioneer their organization as a Business Lead for a relatively new Line of Business.
- This role is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our services division while effectively coordinating the daily operations of the team.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion for the Services Line of Business.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and implement innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics for the Services Line of Business.
Sales and Business Development:
- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and pricing models to maximize revenue generation.
Team Management and Coordination:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team members to ensure their professional growth, engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, timely project delivery, and exceptional service quality.
Financial Management:
- Oversee financial aspects of the Services Line of Business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, performance metrics, and KPIs to track business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with other business leads, departments, and teams within the organization
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar business leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry or healthcare solutions domain.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and service delivery models.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial management skills with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make data-driven business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
