Job Title: Head of Administration
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
- Ensure efficient and effective logistical support for various school activities and events.
- Supervise administrative staff members and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and monitor budgets for administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field with an M.Sc in Financial Management or Finance preferred
- Proven experience in administrative management, school administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and administrative software.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and facilities management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
