We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements
- Undertaking feasibility studies, site surveys and estimations
- Preparing contract documents and tenders
- Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate responses
- Allocating and monitoring the work of subcontractors
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Analyzing project outcomes and creating detailed financial reports
- Maximizing potential project income at all times
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements
Job Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Building, Civil Engineering or related courses. A Masters would be a plus.
- 4-8 years working experience as a quantity surveyor
- Chartered, certified and registered Surveyor will be highly regarded
