Job Title: Application Support Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's.
• To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
• Implement the right process of product usage at customers site.
• Also conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business.
• Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
• To work on Technical support, Training and Food Safety audit as per Organizational Requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team.
• Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
• Assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or a Master's Degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemical Engineering. Additional qualification on Food Safety/ ISO 22000 will be added advantage.
• Experience: minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years would be needed in application support.
• Requires extensive travelling within the territory of Nigeria / West Africa.
