Job Descriptions
- Prepare effective sales and marketing plans for the team.
- Generate sales leads, follow up and track the sales progress.
- Training and mentoring of junior sales staff.
- Administer monthly performance appraisals for individual Field Sales Officers and oversee their daily activities.
- Prepare operational reports for the sales department that must Include field sales activities, logistics and maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences.
- 5 years professional experience in Sales Management.
- Knowledge and experience in the Plastics Distribution Market is essential.
- All applicants must be over 35 years old.
