Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Schedule: Full time

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics or similar. PG qualification in Human Resources desirable.
• An MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years’ cognate experience and 4+ or more years in a senior management role.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
• Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications
• Pleasant and presentable with high energy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong leadership skills, high levels of personal energy and the credibility to operate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Competence in generating appropriate reports for each of the functions being supervised.
