Job Summary
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within and beyond our sphere of influence.

Responsibilities
- Identifying potential clients across different sectors for HR outsourcing services in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, lead generation, and market research.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand their HR challenges and pain points.
- Develop and present customized HR outsourcing solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services (Noting details that prompt clients into faster decision-making).
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRBPs, recruiters, and other HR professionals to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and slack points.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics, etc.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Developer in a structured environment.
- Must be fast-paced in delivering set goals and targets.
- Must reside within Abuja (Garki residents are at advantage).
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, outsourcing models, and industry best practices.
- Must have an exceptional personal presentation.
- Must be very approachable with a dependable level of confidence for stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of organizational hierarchy, are highly required.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop compelling proposals, and close deals.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
