We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collection Agent

Location: Aleshinloye, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in a month

Responsibilities

• A Collection Agents' primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and Whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts.
• To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND or B.Sc Degree qualification.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Flexibility in handling computer (Computer literate).
• Excellent communication skills.

Remuneration

• N45,000 Monthly with a high performance bonus
• Other benefits: HMO, Pension and other allowances.
