Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Jakande Estate - Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Report to the Head of school in running the school in an effective manner.
• Mentor the Assistant Administrative officer.
• Keep track of students’ educational progress and performance.
• Monitor student fee dues and attendance.
• Maintain databases relating to students and their academic progress.
• Organize and control inventory of educational material, tools and kits.
• Assist the Head of school in conducting school events, sports and games.
• Assist teachers and staff in providing simulative learning experiences to students.
• Communicate students’ educational performance to their parents.
• Initiate and implement safety procedures in school premises.
• Ensure compliance of school guidelines, principles, laws and rules by parents, teachers and pupils.
• Provide weekly report to the Head of school.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Ed / M.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
