Job Description
- As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will consist of tasks surrounding helping customers with questions, and feature requests, and helping resolve complaints.
- This is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and other Office suites of software.
- Excellent mail etiquette and good interpersonal relationship skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in any related field.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Sales, etc.
- The ideal candidate Must be fluent in the English Language (both written and oral).
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products.
