We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Attend to customers loan request
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
• Keep updated records
• Answer questions and address complaints from Customers

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of a National Diploma
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Computer, etc.)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Applicants must live around Ikeja and Illupeju environs.

Salary
N50,000 + HMO and Pension Benefits.
