KO Properties is a real estate firm incorporated and registered in Nigeria as a limited liability company. The company which started operations in 2006 as a modest property agent firm has grown tremendously into a formidable real estate development and management company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the office.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the organization.
• Supervise and coordinate the team's activities.
• Develop new markets for the business.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the business.
• Drive employees to achieve the set target for the business.
• Drive yourself to achieve the set target for the business.
• Represent the organization at events and exhibitions.
• Experience in Real Estate will be added advantage.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or any related discipline.
• A Postgraduate Degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in administration, marketing or Business Management.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Good grasp of business processes and strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
