Job Title: Instructor (Remote)

Location: Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking passionate and experienced instructors to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing quality education to learners across Nigeria and Africa.
• As an LMS Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering engaging online courses on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality course content in your area of expertise, ensuring it aligns with our platform's standards and learning objectives.
• Create engaging instructional materials, including video lectures, presentations, quizzes, and assignments.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of complex concepts, making them easily understandable for learners.
• Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment by actively engaging with learners through discussion forums and feedback.
• Regularly update and improve course content based on learner feedback and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Smart Learn NG team to continuously enhance the learning experience on our platform.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in online education.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO, BSc, B.Tech qualification with 1 - 8 years work experience.
• Proven experience as an instructor or subject matter expert in your field.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area you will be teaching.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience in instructional design and developing online course content.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and online teaching tools.
• Passionate about education and dedicated to empowering learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.

Compensation

• Salary: N20,000 monthly.
• Instructors on our platform will earn competitive compensation on a long-term basis, based on the popularity and success of their courses.
• This includes revenue-sharing opportunities as learners enroll in and purchase their courses.
